Southwest, JetBlue are tops in customer satisfaction, survey says

A National Research Center survey of 15,000 Consumer Reports subscribers lists Southwest Airlines and JetBlue Airways as tops for overall passenger satisfaction. According to Consumer Reports, eight of the 10 major U.S. airlines received low marks on seat comfort, while some got poor grades on such flight-quality measures as cleanliness, service and in-flight entertainment.
