Utah cheese company uses milk from its own cows

The Heber Valley Artisan Cheese, which recently opened in Midway, Utah, sells raw milk as well as cheeses made with both pasteurized and raw milk. Owners Grant and Caralee Kohler use only milk from their own dairy herds, which are pastured and antibiotic-free, to make the dye-free artisan cheeses.
