During 2012, business jet manufacturer Bombardier delivered 179 aircraft, while rival Gulfstream delivered only 94 planes. "The best bizjet investment play is Bombardier," wrote John Persinos, managing director of Investing Daily, in a newsletter. "This Canadian-based plane maker will continue to dominate the bizjet market for years to come." Bombardier is also expanding into building larger airliners, with a model of its CSeries plane that will hold 160 passengers.
