Congressman wants TSA cutbacks

House Aviation Subcommittee Chairman John Mica, R-Fla., wants to consider whether the Transportation Security Administration should be cut back and its screener jobs privatized. But a number of Democratic legislators believe the reason the TSA is struggling is because Congress didn't give it enough funds to do its job.
