Court tells Anheuser-Busch to pull one ad campaign

A federal judge ordered Anheuser-Busch to pull one promotion in its "Unleash the Dawgs" campaign, saying the promotion's claim that competitor SABMiller is "owned by South African Breweries" is false, but did not issue an injunction against ads saying Miller is "South African owned." Both companies claimed victory with the ruling.
