P&G studies female consumers

The success of Procter & Gamble Co. under the leadership of A.G. Lafley is attributed to finding solutions outside the company's well-established culture and studying how female consumers use products. Company earnings have averaged a 17% annual increase since Lafley took the helm five years ago, and 44% of new hires each year are women.
