Study: Low-fat diet OK for children

A study of children's eating habits found that one-third of a child's calorie intake is from pizza, snacks and desserts, or "fun foods." Children can switch to a low-fat diet without hurting their growth potential, according to the Dietary Intervention Study for Children.
