ABN seeks resolve over LaSalle sale

Dutch lender ABN Amro is pushing Royal Bank of Scotland and Bank of America to settle their dispute over LaSalle, its U.S. subsidiary. Talks broke down last week between the two banks over ownership of Chicago-based LaSalle, but ABN is hoping the talks resume in order to avoid a long legal battle.
