Data: Men, children could benefit from Mediterranean diet

Eating a Mediterranean diet might decrease a man's risk of developing a number of lung ailments, including bronchitis and emphysema, a new study finds, while recent data suggests the same regimen might benefit children. The diet contains few dairy items and encourages the consumption of nuts, grains, fresh produce, fish and wine.
