Sam's Club tries TV-installation service to discourage flat-panel returns

Sam's Club, a division of Wal-Mart, is offering third-party installation services in 106 stores in Texas, Florida and Minnesota to combat a high return rate on expensive flat-panel TVs. If the pilot program is a success, the company will consider a national rollout of the service.
