The office upgrade that could save money

While the recession has made it difficult for some companies to justify paying for major improvements, Gene Marks argues that leaving the phone company for an Internet phone service can be an upgrade that actually saves money in the long run. Marks notes that that Voice over Internet Protocol systems tend to have better forwarding and call management systems, while still costing about 25% less than tradition phone service.
