Chocolate might help fight cholesterol

Researchers say people who already have risk factors for heart disease might see improvements in their cholesterol levels with consumption of moderate amounts of chocolate. The analysis of eight studies found that some showed eating small amounts of cocoa led to reduced cholesterol levels, though eating more did not boost the benefits.
