North American Development acquires 2 Florida retail centers

The North American Development Group has acquired two retail properties in Florida. One is a 42,448-square-foot, Publix-anchored shopping center in Jacksonville, which traded for $8.7 million. The second purchase is an 18.5-acre-parcel in Vero Beach, where the company is planning to build a Publix shopping center.
