Officials raise concern about health risks of oil-spill cleanup

Health officials are on their way to the Gulf of Mexico amid rising concerns that the oil-spill cleanup may be affecting the health of workers. This comes days after federal authorities recalled 125 boats undertaking cleanup work near St. Bernard Parish, La., after some workers reported nausea, headaches and chest pains. Meanwhile, experts are divided over BP's use of the chemical dispersant Corexit 9500, of which more than 820,000 gallons have been applied.
