Soft training can keep emotions in check

Sometimes politeness falls by the wayside in an emotional situation as feelings override common people skills, Jason Seiden writes. Providing "soft skills" training is important because it helps people recognize their emotional triggers and "shows people the best way to handle situations" they might not have before experienced, he writes.
