Survey of American Airlines' SMB customers reveals economic optimism

American Airlines recently conducted a poll of employees of its small and medium-size business customers and found that most are optimistic about their companies' financial health. "The compelling results indicate that 72% of customers we surveyed nationwide anticipate their company's economic outlook will improve in the next 12 to 18 months, and less than 10% say it will decrease," said Karen Buls from American Airlines.
