Southwest reminds fliers its fares have no strings

GSD&M, Austin, Texas, has crafted a new print, Web banner ad and radio campaign for Southwest Airlines to tout the discount airline's lack of extra fees for things liked checked bags or aisle seats. The new theme campaign, whose taglines include "No surprise fees" and "Fees don't fly with us," also is being incorporated into two previous TV spots that were created to plug the airline's new leather seats and Business Select fares.
