Eating right and exercising drop in popularity

Middle-age and older Americans are less likely than in the past to eat right, exercise and maintain a healthy weight. In 1988, 42% of Americans ages 40 to 74 said they ate five or more servings of fruits and vegetables daily; in 2006, the figure was 26%.
