Sales scorecards can represent useful tools for measuring sales representatives' performance and finding out how well they are meeting goals. Measurements on the scorecard can include sales revenue growth goals, new account development and penetration goals, and once a territory review has taken place, the territory manager and sales manager should write down their commitments to document they are in agreement on the commitments.
