Officials: Swine flu now in all U.S. states

U.S. health officials on Monday said all 50 states and Washington, D.C., have reported cases of H1N1 swine flu. The CDC has recorded about 10,000 confirmed cases, including 17 deaths, across the country, but the actual number could be closer to about 200,000. The World Health Organization has recorded a total of 15,510 swine flu cases, including 99 deaths, in 53 countries worldwide.
