San Diego to add pedestrian bridge to convention center

The expansion of the San Diego Convention Center will include a rooftop restaurant and pedestrian bridge for residents, as well as 225,000 square feet of additional exhibit space. The 57-foot-high pedestrian bridge would span from Fourth Avenue to the waterfront, according to preliminary designs.
