Can Peugeot capture the world's emerging markets?

Peugeot is Europe's second-largest automaker, and its new CEO has global ambitions. Philippe Varin says he's focusing his energy on building critical mass in Asia and Africa, with a view to tapping into emerging markets to counter declining European demand. "It's better to concentrate on specific areas and get critical size than to be everywhere and too small," he says.
