Lawmakers: BP dividend is "unfathomable" as spill grows

Sens. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., and Ron Wyden, D-Ore., are urging BP CEO Tony Hayward to hold off on paying stock dividends as officials work to assess the full scope of the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. The company, which paid out $10.5 billion last year, is expected to release its first-quarter dividends on June 21.
