More U.S. companies reward employees for getting healthier

At least a third of U.S. companies are either planning to or are already offering financial incentives to employees for losing weight or getting into wellness programs. OhioHealth, a hospital chain, has already paid more than $377,000 to about 4,500 workers who signed on for a step-counting program that monitors walking through a pedometer.
