The summer of the business traveler's discontent

Airlines aren't increasing the number of available seats this summer even though demand by business travelers is up, experts say. That's expected to result in higher fares, fewer available upgrades, fewer desirable seats and packed flights, they say. "It's going to be a more difficult travel experience for business people," an airline analyst says.
