Fed is in no rush to respond to economic slowdown

The finance industry is starting to speculate that the Federal Reserve will start another bond-buying program to support economic growth, but the central bank does not appear to be in any rush to change its monetary policy. For example, Sandra Pianalto, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, said the Fed's position is appropriate.
