FERC resignation could slow down probe of JPMorgan

Experts say the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission might proceed cautiously in its probe of possible manipulation of the energy market by JPMorgan Chase. The resignation of FERC Chairman Jon Wellinghoff helped prompt that prediction. Meanwhile, the bank, while acknowledging the investigation, says it "strongly disagrees" with FERC's conclusions and says all its trades are above board.
