Financial literacy helps Brazil's economy rebound

The rebound of the Brazilian economy is partly due to stronger financial education the country put in place three years ago under what it called the National Strategy for Financial Education, Eric Reed writes. The effort has paid off, experts say, but more work is needed because 40% of the populace is "unbanked."
