Fla. city may use wind to power wastewater-treatment plant

Officials in Tavares, Fla., are looking into building a wind turbine to power the city's wastewater-treatment facility. The city will try anything to lower its electricity bill, said utilities director Brad Hayes. "Other wastewater-treatment plants in the country already have wind power at their disposal. Why not here?" Hayes asked.
