Report: More restaurant chains to raise prices in 2013

Restaurant chains are growing more optimistic about the prospects for traffic and sales growth, and 90% of chains surveyed in May said they expect to raise prices later this year, according to SpenDifference. Chain restaurant executives expect 75% of sales growth this year to come from higher prices, and 25% from increased traffic.
