Startups, tech tools drive new lunch choices in Chicago

From food trucks to Fooda, a startup that serves office workers from pop-up eateries, foodie entrepreneurs are finding new ways to deliver diverse lunch options to Chicago's office workers. "It's a way for restaurants to market their brand a little bit, make some lunch sales downtown and not spend money on a catering salesperson," said Jared Leonard, owner of Rub's Backcountry Smokehouse, one of Fooda's participating restaurants.
