TransCanada CEO is optimistic about approval of Keystone XL

TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline will eventually secure approval from the White House, said Russ Girling, the company's president and CEO. In an interview, Girling said he hopes the State Department will finish its environmental study of the project by midsummer. "I have never been involved in a process that has lasted this long. We're not reinventing the wheel here," he said.
