Wind, solar farms proposed along Keystone pipeline route

A group of organizations opposing the proposed Keystone XL pipeline has launched a campaign to raise funds for building wind and solar power farms along the pipeline's Nebraska route. "If President Obama approves Keystone XL, he'll then have to then have to tear down these clean and locally produced energy sources to make way for dirty and foreign tar sands," Jane Kleeb of Bold Nebraska said in a statement.
