Report: Partnering with mental-health providers helps schools, students

Schools that work together with mental-health providers to coordinate services for troubled teens bring down the number of disciplinary cases and student absences within 18 months of launching such programs, according to a new report by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
