Colorado signs nursing-related measures into law

Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter signed 10 pieces of health-related legislation into law, including a bill that modernizes the Nurse Practice Act to ensure high patient-safety standards and access to care. Another measure continues regulations of certified nurse aides and implements some key program changes.
