Boeing secures $1.7B NextGen contract

Boeing Co. announced it secured a $1.7 billion contract over five years to upgrade the U.S. air-traffic control system. Boeing will provide modeling and simulations for the NextGen Air Transportation System in a contract for the Federal Aviation Administration.
