General Mills CEO: "Everybody is involved" in cost-cutting

Ken Powell, chief executive officer of General Mills since 2007, said "everybody is involved" in finding cost-saving measures, through a program called holistic margin management that has allowed General Mills to invest in its brands. He expects the company to identify $4 billion in cost cuts over the next decade.
