Survey finds frustration with managing airline-ancillary fees

AirPlus International has released the results of a survey of 66 travel managers from Europe and North America that found respondents increasingly are frustrated with their inability to manage ancillary services offered by airlines. One of the main issues is a lack of the appropriate technology to manage the ancillary fees, which continue to emerge as airlines seek new revenue streams.
