Traders exit Wall Street in anticipation of regulatory reform

The threat of widespread financial regulatory reform is pushing traders and portfolio managers from Wall Street banks into the arms of existing private hedge funds and leading some to create investment funds of their own. "With Volcker, you've got everyone shaking in their boots, so these traders all have an ear to the ground," says Manhattan-based headhunter John Pierson.
