FBOs gear up for fight with NetJets over fuel discounts

Landmark Aviation and Signature Flight Support, two of the country's largest fixed-base operation chains, are gearing up for a fight with NetJets over whether they should be required to honor fuel discounts to aircraft that are not part of the company's primary fleet. The company's charter and management arm, Executive Jet Management, is advertised as a service offering discounts through NetJets' purchasing power.
