HealthyOut app helps users stick to their diets

A new dining application called HealthyOut has signed about 2,000 New York City restaurants and aims to appeal to weight-watching consumers with a system that helps them put together meals that don't break their diets. HealthyOut charges a $28 monthly fee to design and deliver up to two restaurant meals per day. "By committing to a program of being healthy, it becomes automatic. You’re not going on GrubHub at 10 at night when you’re starving, and making a bad decision," said co-founder Wendy Nguyen.
