Make sure employees are aware of your expectations

As the leader of a business, it's critical to explicitly state your expectations for employee behavior, Laura Vanderkam writes. Some employees might not understand how quickly you expect a reply to e-mails sent after hours or how late they need to stay in the office, for example. Research shows millennials in particular are used to having guidelines set out for them.
