North America accounts for 35% of coconut water product launches, and Europe is close behind at 34%, according to Mintel. "Coconut water is doing particularly well in the U.S. because ... people already buy into the benefits of electrolytes in a beverage," said Jonny Forsyth, Mintel's global drinks analyst.
