A whopping 83% of Americans aren't getting enough sleep, and worry and stress are to blame, a new survey shows. Anxiety was the culprit behind insomnia for 48% of those surveyed by Harris Interactive, followed by pain (38%) and, interestingly, being overtired (32%). The poll also found people who make less money are more likely to lie awake worrying than those who are more affluent.
