Alternative school funding raises new problems

As Ohio school levies and bonds are increasingly voted down, educators are looking to other methods like millage and income taxes to raise funds. In Connecticut, however, deep-pocketed parents are raising funds for luxuries at some schools, while some lower-income schools are forced to wait for basic supplies.
