Dual-branded Hilton planned for Jacksonville

Jacksonville, Fla., will see its first dual-branded hotel soon, as Hilton starts work on a $30 million, eight-story hotel to feature a Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites. The hotel will focus on short-term business and leisure travelers on one side and extended-stay visitors on the other.
