Philadelphia chefs defend right to use foie gras

Foie gras enthusiasts and their outspoken opponents have helped turn Philadelphia into the latest battleground over the fattened goose and duck livers. A number of cities and chefs have banned the French delicacy in what has become a growing effort to quell protesters taking issue with the force-feeding of the animals.
