Plans on track for World Jewelry Center tower in Las Vegas

Developer Robert Zarnegin is moving ahead with plans for a 50-story, 1 million square-foot World Jewelry Center complex in Las Vegas. The tower would include 800,000 square feet of commercial condominium space for the jewelry industry topped by luxury residential condominiums and a three-level public retail center with jewelry shops, a gem museum and cafe.
