Gluten-free items become more popular

More than 3 million people in the U.S. suffer from celiac disease, a disorder that makes them unable to eat grains. That number is expected to rise -- along with the production of gluten-free foods. A report shows that revenues from goods labeled gluten-free have increased nearly 20% in the past year.
