Senators back e-prescribing

Sens. Max Baucus, D-Mont., and Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, have included e-prescribing provisions in their partial bill outlines that would provide additional Medicare fees to physicians if they adopt the technology, but would cut off payments in later years if they fail to make the switch.
